Partner Brian Laczko and arts administrator Steven Huss are working with the Arts Committee for the City of Albany, CA in the preparation of a Public Arts Master Plan. In 2007, the City of Albany enacted an innovative percent-for-arts ordinance. This Master Plan will guide the Arts and Planning & Zoning Committees in the successful implementation of the ordinance.
