$2.5 M Full seismic strengthening and renovation to an historic un-reinforced masonry church, and attached rectory building. Architect for design development and construction documents, as well as construction administration. Work included restoration of historic building materials and systems encompassing terra cotta, masonry, scagliola plaster, marble, stained glass windows, and the historic pipe organ. Accessibility adaptations included adding an elevator, as well as barrier removal renovations to restrooms, and new accessible paths of travel and entry.
