Planning, architectural design and construction management for a synagogue, an extensive adaptive reuse of a former liquor store. The approx. $3.5 M, ~13,400 SF project includes a 300-seat sanctuary, social hall, classrooms, and support offices. Negotiated multiple reciprocal easement agreements w/ neighbors to maximize use of site.
