Being downhill in Bayview, the solution hinges on harnessing the tremendous view northward, a view of Twin Peaks, Potrero Hill, the towers of downtown, the Bay Bridge, the East Bay Hills and everything in between.
We propose to open up the two units, creating a mezzanine at the rear, making for a giant 20-feet high space, flowing togther family, dining and kitchen.....and its a non-stop view!
