The Icehouse project renovated two turn of the century masonry buildings into executive offices for The Levi Strauss Co. A glazed bridge connects the 5 and 7 story buildings. David Finn was the project and construction manager for the 200,000 sq. ft. space renovation, with Swatt Architects. Project was awarded a national AIA project as best interior architecture of the year
